Cancellation Policy

Real Estate Services Policy Thank you for choosing our services. We are committed to providing a professional, reliable, and seamless experience for all clients. Please review our policies below: Appointments & Booking All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Confirmation will be provided once your booking is secured. We recommend arriving on time to ensure the full duration of your scheduled service. If client is not at the property, access to the property via lockbox, or supra will need to be given in a timely manner. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. All rescheduling is subject to availability. We encourage clients to provide as much notice as possible to secure a preferred alternative time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and will result in a $50 fee. If agent/client is not at the appointment, access to the property needs to be given in a timely manner. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service. Timely communication is essential to ensure the best possible experience.
